PARK HOMES

Cornerstone is one of very few companies with demonstrable experience in the retrofit of park homes. We have installed a range of energy efficiency measures in park homes across the country, including external wall, loft and underfloor insulation as well as heating and ventilation units.

Park homes are some of the most energy inefficient properties in the UK, and for technical reasons have generally been excluded from recent energy efficiency funding programmes. Many park homes would benefit from external wall insulation in particular, which would minimise heat loss, reduce energy costs and improve the external appearance of the property. External wall insulation installed by Cornerstone is guaranteed for 25 years, and will also reduce ongoing maintenance requirements.

With a higher than average proportion of park home residents being older and/or vulnerable, warm and healthy living conditions are particularly important.

Cornerstone understands the unique technical and logistical factors involved in park home retrofit, and has a highly successful track record of working with park home owners, site managers and site owners to ensure a smooth installation process. We also closely monitor the availability of external funding for park home retrofit, ensuring best value for our customers.

In addition to working with individual park home owners, Cornerstone has delivered coordinated schemes in partnership with local authorities and funding bodies including the National Grid and National Energy Action, demonstrating the high quality of our work.
