PROCUREMENT

Cornerstone works predominantly in the public sector for local authorities and housing associations, completing retrofit works to domestic housing stock.

We recognise that identifying and appointing a suitable contractor for energy efficiency works can be challenging, especially when funding deadlines mean time is of the essence.

Often it is beneficial to use an existing procurement route such as an industry-specific framework or DPS – allowing you to access pre-vetted contractors in compliance with Public Contracts Regulations and saving the time and cost of a full procurement process.

Cornerstone is ideally placed to offer the following benefits:

Direct PAS, MCS and Trustmark accreditation for many insulation and renewable measures

Full management of the customer journey throughout the retrofit process

Support for project design, marketing and reporting where required (particularly funded schemes)

Ring-fenced capacity for all schemes at point of procurement – we never overcommit and under-deliver

By combining direct installation with main contractor status, our clients cut out the costly managing agents and have greater control over contract delivery and timescales.
